AI timetable assistant

Instead of digging through menus and reports, just ask: "Why wasn't Science placed?" or "Put Maths in the first three periods". The assistant answers from your school's real data, suggests the change and applies it for you.

Understands you as you speak

Formal Arabic, your local dialect or English. Focus it on one teacher or class for sharper answers.

Explains problems clearly

Who is over their teaching load, which lessons weren't placed and why, where the clashes are and how much spare capacity each teacher has — in plain sentences.

One-click suggestions

When it suggests a change, such as keeping a subject out of the last period or making a teacher unavailable on a day, an Apply button turns it into a timetable rule you review before regenerating.

Learns your school's rules

Add your own school rules once (like morning assembly), rate answers with 👍/👎 or correct them, and the assistant gets better for your school over time.

Questions

Does the assistant see student names?

No. It only receives timetable data (teachers, subjects, classes and lessons); student names are never sent.

Is the AI assistant free?

Yes. The assistant answers up to 10 questions per user per day for free; the count resets at midnight Mecca time (GMT+3).

Does it change my timetable without asking?

No. Every suggestion comes with an Apply button you review, and any change can be undone.
