Exam timetable and invigilators
From scheduling exam dates per grade to assigning invigilators to rooms — Gadwaly does it fairly and finds every clash before exam day.
Exam scheduling
Set exam days and sessions and the program spreads subjects across days, avoiding two exams for the same grade on one day where possible.
Invigilator assignment
Invigilators are spread fairly across rooms, never invigilate their own subject, and duty counts stay balanced.
Clash check
Crowded rooms, double-booked invigilators and gaps are flagged before printing.
Questions
Can I print the invigilation schedule?
Yes, both the exam timetable and the invigilator list print and export.
