School timetable software in Qatar
Gadwaly builds the timetable of any school in Qatar in minutes — no clashes between teachers, classes or rooms — then runs the daily cover lessons, duty rota and exam invigilation. It's free for every school and works in Arabic and English from any browser.
Made for schools in Qatar
It sets up the Sunday-to-Thursday school week for you, suits boys' and girls' schools, and keeps daily cover lessons, duty rotas and exam schedules in one app.
A Sunday to Thursday week, set up for you
New timetables start on the school week used in Qatar (Sunday to Thursday), with the number of periods and bell times you choose, breaks, and a one-click Ramadan or exam bell schedule.
Clash-free timetable in minutes
The generator spreads each subject across the week, keeps double lessons together, gives teachers a rest between lessons and explains in plain Arabic why a lesson could not be placed, so you can fix it.
Daily work after the timetable
Mark absent teachers and get fair cover suggestions, run the duty rota, plan exams and invigilation, and send each teacher or department their timetable on WhatsApp as a picture or PDF.
Questions
Is Gadwaly free for schools in Qatar?
Yes. Every feature is free for every school — no plans, trial or credit card.
Does it follow Qatar's rules?
You set each job title's teaching load to your own instructions; the app suggests neutral starting values and never imposes numbers.
Can I import our existing data?
Yes — teachers, classes, subjects and lessons from Excel, or from another timetabling program's XML file.
Who can see the timetable in Qatar?
Only your school's team, unless you publish it: then teachers and parents open it by link, and a department can get a link to its own timetable only.
