We can build your school's timetable for you
Gadwaly is free for every school. If you'd rather not do it yourself, or you need more, tell us what you need and we'll reply with an offer within one working day.
We build your timetable
Send us your teachers, classes and lessons (Excel or any format). We enter them, generate a clash-free timetable, adjust it with you and hand over the master timetable and every class and teacher timetable, ready to print, with cover and duties set up.
Gadwaly Pro for private schools
Coming soon: more AI questions, automatic WhatsApp notices, several campuses in one account, your logo and colours, and priority support. Register your interest to be among the first.
Licence for a district or ministry
One agreement for all the schools of an education district: setup, training for timetable coordinators and support all year.
Training
Workshops for timetable coordinators and deputies, online or at your school or district, with a certificate.
Everything in the app stays free; these are optional extra services.
Questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on the school's size and what you need; we reply with a clear offer after your request. The app itself stays free.
How long does building the timetable take?
Usually 2 to 5 working days after we receive complete data.
Who keeps the timetable?
You do: it's created in your school's own Gadwaly account and you can edit it any time.
